Our gentle exercise classes are a great way to help build up your fitness, balance, coordination in a relaxed, controlled way. All exercises are completed in the standing position and we also provide chairs if you need some extra stability or would like to do exercises in the seated position.
Our classes run on the following days and times:
Monday – 2pm
Wednesday – 2pm
