When you book in for your consultation, one of our coaches will meet with you to discuss your goals, explain everything you need to know and how we can help you achieve them!

We are now offering every new starter a free consultation for you to come down to the studio, meet your coach and have a chat about everything in order to set a plan going forward to help you achieve your health and fitness goals!

Our PT packages start from £25 per session.

6 x 60 min sessions = £165 (£27.50 per session)

12 x 60 min sessions = £300 (£25 per session)
